Mountain Fresh Blueberry Plus Grape & Apple Juice
947 days agoGod, what a tedious name. Blueberry “plus” Grape & Apple juice. I wonder why they have to use the “plus”word in that name? Perhaps it is because this is Blueberry Juice but they add a small amount of grape and apple juice to it? Well, whatever it is, this is a healthy drink. Of course, not as healthy as squeezing them yourself, but in this day and age, who have time to cut fruits and operate a juicier (not to mention to clean the juicier). I am sure that most of us seeking a healthier lifestyle would appreciate the convenience of having fresh juice on the go. And blueberries in Singapore, they are going to cost you a bomb to buy. Heck, nearly everything in Singapore is expensive. I had just went to my downstairs shop to get a fresh fruit juice drink – the cost? Well, S$2.50 for a small cup with Orange & Carrot. Yes, that is regular old orange and carrot juice for S$2.50 per cup. Looks like the economic recession is not hitting Singapore at all.
Okay, enough of my whining, I think we have to start with the review.

This is premium juice! From Australia no less. But from what I know, doesn’t Australia isn’t famous for their blueberries. America is (it is native to America by the way).

Check out the blueberries, grape and apple on the label.

Wooohooooo! Produced from 100% Australian Fruit. Clean & Green. Hopefully. I really hate to be consuming unclean and brown fruits.

Okay, the juice has no added artificial colours or flavours, no added preservatives, no added sugar and no added water. And finally, I found one juice which is not made from concentrate but directly pressed from the fruits. The fruits are carefully blended to produce a full-bodied juice of exceptional taste and quality. I like. Oh, there may be some natural settling of the pulp, so don’t be worried if you see sediments on the bottom of the bottle. So, shake well before opening or you might find yourself with too much pulp at the end. This is “premium” full-bodied blueberry, grape and apple juice leh.

Ahhh…the ingredients are 60% blueberry juice, 20% grape juice and 19 .9% direct pressed apple juice. Oh, they have added Vitamin C as well! Yes, these are good sources of antioxidants. Antioxidants help fight off free radials which are very harmful to your body. You don’t want them hanging around your body causing damages to your cells. Taking antioxidants is a good way to eliminate these free radicals.

Nice? Actually it looks kind of normal. And that “Fresh” word really makes all the difference because most of us tend to want to drink “fresh” fruit juices. Adding the word “Fresh” to their brand works wonders.

I’ve heard of this, but i never tried it. i guess have to one day.
