You guys must be getting sick and tired of all these yogurt reviews. Lol. However, it looks like there will be even more yogurt reviews coming your way as even after eating tons and tons of yogurt, I am not sick of it at all. In fact, I am loving yogurt more and more. And best of all, I can feel my health improving by leaps and bounds. Even with everyone coughing in my face at the office, I still feel fine. No coughing, no sneezing and no fever. Just last week about 2 or 3 of my colleagues went on Medical Leave and I am sure that the coming week, even more will be down with various illness. That is the problem with working in a small office, disease spreads just too easily. And for those taking the public transport like our bus or MRT service, everyday you will be in contact with sick people who can’t stop coughing or sneezing at you. That again is one of the major causes of infections in Singapore. What to do? If only ill stricken Singaporeans start to learn to use masks when they go outside to stop the diseases from spreading. And for god’s sake, please wash your hands!
If you read the Internet on the health benefits of yogurt, many of them claim that it provides immunity against diseases. I am sure that it is probably an exaggeration but it does help to improve our immunity against some diseases, especially against those that bacteria to enters through the gut and intestines. The live cultures in the yogurt helps to fight against these bad bacteria. And to do that, you must consume yogurt regularly, preferably every day.
Anyways, here are the photos of the Yoplait Lite Yogurt from Australia!

As you can see from the above picture, I purchased the yogurt from NTUC Tampines Mall. I bought 2 flavours – one is Mango while the other is Berry Bliss. Oh, I have done a review on the Berry Bliss flavoured Yoplait yogurt before. But hey, no harm done. We will just review it again!
And cool, the lady cashier is named Shan Mei!

Yes, these are the 125g of Yoplait Lite Yogurt. Lite means low fat yogurt. In Singapore, we are all watching our weight so the only yogurt you can find in our stores are all low fat or no fat yogurts. It is then very suprising to see so many fat, out of shape Singaporeans stuffing their fat mouths full of oily fried foods and sugar filled ice cream. Boogles the mind doesn’t it?

Made in Australia! It is always much safer to consume dairy products from Australia and New Zealand than from other countries. That’s my opinion anyway seeing that in Australia and New Zealand, there are fewer “scandals” involving their dairy industry unlike other countries. Oh, I love the Yoplait logo. Simple yet elegant.

Check out the ingredients in the Mango flavoured yogurt. It consists of Low fat yogurt, milk solids which are non-fat, sugar, mango, halal gelaine, thickeners, flavours, acidity regulators, natural colour, preservatives and the live yogurt cultures s.thermophilus, l.acidophilus and bifidobacterium. All good cultures and if eaten in sufficient qualities, will provide you with several health benefits.
And the Yoplait yogurt is imported by F&N Foods Pte Ltd.

This is for the Berry Bliss flavoured Yogurt. The fruits that are in the Berry Bliss are Strawberry, Raspberries, Blackberries and Boysenberries. Very very delicious indeed!

99% fat free! I am sure that this is very important for most Singapore consumers of yogurt. And the 3 active cultures are s.thermophilus, l.acidophilus and bifidobacterium. Remember, if you buy yogurt, you must always ensure that the yogurt cultures are live and active.

Okay, this is the photo of the Yoplait Berry Bliss yogurt. Come on and have a taste of this wonderful dessert. I will often eat yogurt in the morning and maybe even at night as a snack.

Okay, I am done with this review. If you have any thoughts on the little review or on yogurt itself (like you hate that lumpy, glooy shit), please leave some comments. Thank you and all the best for the new year.
