Based on our experiences of making yogurt, it failed using commercial milk powders. how strange, I was told to use only milk powder that is free from calcium and it is NOT POSSIBLE to get any in Singapore.

We are using Australia Made milk powder (w/o calcium) to make our yogurt, if you manage to get any, try again and share with us.
