I recently travelled to Indo and was sick before arriving. These were in my minibar so i started drinking them, about 3 a day (too much vit c gives you the runs) and i felt much better. They also come in an isotonic drink like powerade/gatorade. When your sick the little bottle makes you feel better, vit c boosts immunity and all the sugars/carbs give you much needed energy and the light carbonation eases the stomach, the larger bottle helps keep you hydrated which in Indo is necessary considering you sweat pints!
