The problem is solved.
We need to manually extract the plging and then upload those files in respective directories. After upload login into ur openx as Administrator and then goto plugin and then manually install all the plugins one by one.

Start using and Have fun………

It should be quite a simple task to install an application, when there are too many steps it just opens up the possibilities of creating too many errors.

Hi i have done the installation. But after completing installation it show that a error that:
installation of plugin ‘openXBannerTypes’ failed: failed to read the uploaded files.

installation of plugin ‘openXDeliveryLimitations’ failed: failed to read the uploaded files.

installation of plugin ‘openX3rdPartyServers’ failed: failed to read the uploaded files.

installation of plugin ‘openXReports’ failed: failed to read the uploaded files.

installation of plugin ‘openXDeliveryCacheStores’ failed: failed to read the uploaded files.

installation of plugin ‘openXMaxMinGEoIp’ failed: failed to read the uploaded files.

installation of plugin ‘openXInvocationsTAgs’ failed: failed to read the uploaded files.

installation of plugin ‘openXDeliveryLogs’ failed: failed to read the uploaded files.

installation of plugin ‘openXMarket’ failed: failed to read the uploaded files.

THis all issues appeared after the installation showed 100% with OpenX 2.8.5

I agree, it is not so easy to install OpenX, a few months ago I managed to install it, however it took me more than 3 hours to solve all problems connected with installation.

i have the a issue that although i gave the permission 777 to var folder it still giving the error is it because the hosting is on shared server?? any fix for it??? plzz help required

I tried to install at localhost and it’s very easy to get done. But I got stuck at the very first step to install online, it tells me error
