In Malaysia? I doubt that homebrewing is legal in Malaysia. But if you are driving, you could get away with it. But it is still a risk.

I am curious. Does the paragraph *LATEST From April 2008* apply to Malaysia too? I'd really like to brew my own, but was unsure of whether I need a license like the $10 one for Singapore. Is there a website that spells this stuff out? Like the duty for bringing stuff back in from Singapore from iBrew store.

I appreciate any help you can give.

Yes, ibrew Singapore (http://www.ibrew.com.sg) sells wine supplies but they don't display it on their website. Try contacting Raymond for more information and what they are offering.

Neat site! Have done my first batch of Triple from a beer kit when I was with relatives in Europe. Tasted great!...they said. My wife loved it, though! I'm definitely going to do a new batch, this time with another type of beer, probably a pilsener.

I am interested in what you mentioned about making wine, that it's now legalized to make wine at home in Singapore. Do you (or does anyone else who reads this comment) know if there is a place in Singapore where you can buy wine making supplies? I'm visiting Singapore next month, and would like to buy some brewing and wine making supplies.

Hope to hear from you soon. Keep up the tasty job!

Your DIY home beer brewing technique looks very interesting! I have never tried doing it, myself. Maybe will try your method one day when I have the time... :)
