I don’t want you people to be shocked or something, but it seems that this blog is getting more and more traffic! Seriously, there are people on the Internet with too much free time on their hands, they don’t even visit porn sites yet they come to this blog. I mean, are these people crazy or what?

I have the awstats from my webhost and no, no, no I did not photoshop them. In fact, I don’t even know how to use Photoshop. Really! I may be able to use some other graphics manipulation software, but definitely not Photoshop, too expensive these Adobe products. See below for my blog stats.

Wow, we had 100 over visitors two days ago! I am impressed with myself. Maybe I could become a professional blogger and start selling blog links to V7N? Anyway, I am glad that you guys came to listen to my ramblings and please, do come back. I am lonely. If you would like to buy links from this blog, it’s US$50,000 per link and you can’t tell that tattletale Matt Cutts. He is jealous. He gonna tell his mom.

Bid for Links Directories – Are They Really Directories?

Not sure what are bid for links directories? They are sort of a directory which sells “positions” or “rankings” of links based on how much you bid them for. So if you bid higher(and thus pay more), you get better positions until someone outbids you. Basically it is like advertisements and if you pay more, you get better exposure. And nowadays this kind of directories are getting more and more popular. You can see at least a few popping out every day. So I put forward this question, are bid for links directories really directories? Are they able to provide relevant sites to certain topics or subjects for their users? Or are they just link sellers? And do they drive targeted traffic to their listings?

Well, if you look at normal web directories, you can see that they have featured or sponsored listings. These listings are usually on top or are in better visible positions. Some even have different pricings for different types of featured links so I was wondering whether these are the same business model as bid for the links directories just a bit less obvious?  What are you thoughts on this?
