How NOT to run a directory

Yup, I  just hate it when after filling all the fields, only only to realize that the image check thing is not working and you can’t submit your site. Don’t you? I have seen this happened too often and it really annoys me to death. I mean, after filling in all the fields and so on, the directory owner should at least try to get his/her directory working properly.
