I have searching around for authority sites for a while now, mainly to get them listed in the Autho-Rity directory. What I discovered was that not all the sites which was given “authority site” status is actually good. I meant most were ok, had good content and the quality was acceptable. But not all.

I am not really sure how actually Google assigns this status. But I am pretty sure the site’s title and URL plays a part in it. But I think I need to do more research on this first. This is just a little heads up.
